About the foundation
Vinnytsia Technological University INTITA was founded in 2025 on the initiative of Roman Melnyk.
Educational stages
Before the creation of the university, INTITA successfully implemented the projects of a technological lyceum, college and educational platforms. In 2025, the university was opened as a logical continuation of these educational initiatives.
Achievements
The university has just begun its activities. Its main goal is to form an intellectual ecosystem for the development of future specialists.

Roman Melnyk - Architect of Intellectual Ukraine
Roman Melnyk is the founder of the INTITA educational ecosystem, which includes an IT Academy, IT College, Drone Department, Technological Lyceum, and the INTITA educational platform. He is also the initiator of the INTITA Intellectual Capital Development League, a platform that brings together education, business, technology, and communities to strengthen Ukraine’s intellectual economy. He also initiated the creation of the “INTITA City-University” Science and Technology Industrial Park, designed to integrate talent development, technology transfer, and knowledge commercialization within a single innovation environment.
Its mission is to form, in a real, dynamic environment, a generation of free, worthy, and responsible people capable of creating innovations and developing Ukraine through the power of intellect.
Roman Melnyk's vision is that Ukraine is a state of intellectual power, where universities are centers of practical development, innovation, and social responsibility.
Roman's philosophy is based on intellectual humanism - a human-centered, practical and ethical education, in which technology serves people. The INTITA educational model integrates learning with real projects, business and research, forming the ability to think, act and be responsible.

INTITA develops partnerships with Ukrainian and international companies, innovation centers and funds. Students get opportunities for international internships, joint research, participation in global technological projects and launching startups in collaboration with business.
